This is made with Nebbiolo grapes from the Capalot vineyard.
It is an elegant wine which contains the characteristic organoleptic sensation of the grape of origin,
from the ruby red colour to the floral, slightly fruity perfume.

The taste is intense and sapid and a minor tannic presence enhances its smoothness.

The wine is aged for about a year in Slavonian oak barrels.
